This is an installation I spontaneously made for a pop-up event in Turku, Finland. Every artist is assigned an empty room. I simple put an object inside the room and covered it with black cloth, then “blockaded” the room with tapes. There is a notice posted on the wall outside:

Hui Wai Keung's sculpture, “When Life Becomes Difficult, Art Becomes Difficult”, is classified as Category XX under the “Censorship Ordinance”.In order to appreciate the art work, you must have a legal permit. All audiovisual and/or textual documents or recordings of the work must be approved by the Authority before they can be published or displayed.
Applications for the permit must be submitted to the Authority by mail. Applications sent by e-mail or telefax will not be processed. The application form must be signed, and all questions on the application form must be answered. One recent passport-size colour photograph, photocopy of valid ID card and proof of your financial stability must be attached to support your application. The processing time ranges normally from 15 to 30 working days.
